Branch & Board LLC is a family owned, Atlanta based company that produces hand crafted, custom made furniture and home goods. We have made a wide range of pieces, from large custom projects to small propritary products. Producing in small batches allows us to carefully design, craft, and inspect each item to ensure it meets our high quality standards. Branch & Board will build to client's specific specifications, or collaborate with customers to develop a design that meets their vision. Q: Do you provide International delivery?

A: Yes! We do provide international delivery. Price will be reflected upon check out.

​Q: What are your terms for Returns and Exchanges?

A: Contact us with 14 days of delivery, ship items back to us within 30 days of delivery

*note: Buyers are responsible for returns shipping costs. If the items is not returned in its original conditions, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

A: Each piece is unique and will be crafted once the item has completed the check out process. For smaller pieces they will ship within 3 to 5 business days. The larger pieces of furniture will take 2 to 3 weeks. You will receive email alerts updating you on the completion status of your order. 

Q: How can I contact your couriers?

A: We primarily ship through USPS and UPS. They both provide a tracking number which will be emailed to your email address.
